Our beer house is located in one of the oldest buildings in the city, the “Troyburg” from the 13th century, in the historic Silbergasse, which today can be described in every aspect as the “gastronomic mile” of the old town of Bolzano.

The three spacious dining rooms are characterized by beautiful vaulted ceilings and comfortable wooden furniture and offer space for 150 guests. In the warm season, guests also have access to an outdoor beer terrace, which is reminiscent of Munich beer gardens with its characteristic tables and chairs.

We serve dishes from South Tyrolean cuisine, Italian cuisine and pizzas with an emphasis on fresh and regional ingredients throughout the day (from 11.30 a.m. to 10 p.m.). All accompanied by the brand’s beers, both on tap and in bottles.

Through the gastronomic concept of our “BIERSTUBEN” we want to prove every day how well the style and tradition of German beer houses harmonize with Italian delights.
